The absolute highlight is its own photovoltaic system with 6.5kw peak and its own 5kw storage unit, which can be added at any time. If you wish, you can have your own 11kw wallbox installed by our electrician for a small fee. The wallbox can be transferred to the next tenant when they move out.

Waldems-Bermbach is located approx. 5 minutes from the Idstein feeder road to the A3. Via the A3 you can reach Limburg in 25 minutes and Frankfurt in 35 minutes. Wiesbaden is approx. 30 minutes away. Bermbach has its own kindergarten. The elementary school is 3 minutes away in Heftrich. There are secondary schools in Idstein. There is also a Montesori school there. Shopping is within walking distance in the farm store. A Netto supermarket is about 15 minutes' walk away. To Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, Dens etc. you can drive to Idstein in 5 minutes. Our property is located at the highest point of the new development area in Waldems Bermbach with an unobstructed view. The play street is teeming with children looking for playmates every day.
