During the renovation work in 2012, all doors and windows were replaced, the rear exterior façade was insulated, a new gas heating system was installed, the electrics were renewed and the guest WC and shower room were redesigned.
When we bought the house in 2022, a high-quality, custom-made kitchen equipped with brand-name appliances (e.g. Gaggenau stove with exhaust air to the outside) was installed. In addition, all walls were plastered, a new floor including hamburger strips was laid in the living areas, two modern radiators were installed and fly screens were fitted to all windows and the patio door. All work was carried out by specialist companies and the relevant certificates are available.
Location
The terraced house is located on the northernmost edge of Bramfeld: close to Sasel, Berne and Wellingsbüttel. The adjacent allotment garden association and the retention basin mean that you are surrounded by greenery. Various supermarkets, doctors, a pharmacy and an elementary school are all within a 5-minute walk. The bus on the doorstep takes you to the U1 stations Farmsen or Berne in 10 minutes, as well as to the S1 Wellingsbüttel.
