With the "Hofacker" development area, the municipality of Wölferlingen has created a new residential area in the district of Düringen.
The new development area has a total of 11 building plots ranging in size from 707 to 1086 square meters.

semi-detached houses can be built.
However, facilities for social and health purposes (e.g. social center, medical foot care, physiotherapy, etc.), as well as accommodation and other non-disturbing commercial enterprises are also generally permitted.

The purchase price is €75.00/m² fully developed - including the one-off contributions of the
municipal utilities for the water supply and sewage disposal, as well as the development
development contributions for the construction of the traffic system by the local municipality of Wölferlingen.

With the sale of the building plots, a building obligation is agreed to ensure that the building plots are built on with a residential building - for own use - within 5 years.

The local council will decide on the allocation of the building plots. Interested parties will be informed of the decision in writing.
