This beautifully designed, quiet and friendly 1-room apartment is located on the 4th floor of a practical 1970s building, right next to Charlottenburg Palace Park. It is easily accessible via the building's own elevator.

You enter the apartment through the hallway, which is spacious enough for a wardrobe and storage facilities. The bathroom was modernized just a few years ago and has a bathtub, a natural stone tiled floor, Grohe fittings and a toilet with a porcelain cistern. The spacious living room and bedroom is cut in such a way that it allows for easy separation of a sleeping area and has a large window front. The small, bright kitchen has already been fitted with a new electric stove, but still offers plenty of room for individual design ideas. Many attractive new buildings have been built in the area in recent years. There is a bus stop about 150 m from the house and the Westend S-Bahn station is a good 10-minute walk away. If you like to walk in the Schlosspark, the nearest entrance is about 200m away. Various stores for daily needs are just as easily accessible as hospitals and a rich cultural offering.
