It was renovated at the beginning of 2023.
There are 2 bedrooms, these are the same size. One of the two rooms has a double window door with access to the terrace/garden.
There is also a spacious living/dining room, a pantry and a bathroom.
The windows of the house have all been replaced since construction. The windows of the children's room, the kitchen, the pantry and the bathroom were newly installed in 2024. The front door was replaced with the renovation in 2023.
The windows in the living room and bedroom are double-glazed, all other windows are triple-glazed.
In the garden, a large area full of trees and shrubs/shrubs was recently removed both behind and next to the house, so there is the possibility to enlarge the lawn area.
The house is connected to the Grossenwiehe biogas plant.
An energy certificate exists, but expired in 2018. This will of course be renewed before the notary appointment. We are happy to disclose all electricity/biogas costs before the notary appointment.
The house is being sold now, but will only be habitable for the buyers from the beginning/middle of next year. This will be notarized with a tenancy agreement for us. The rent after the sale would have to be agreed in advance.
The date for the handover is only approximate and depends on the date of sale.

Information on equipment
The house has a beautiful new white kitchen and a modern tiled bathroom with open shower. Washbasin and tall cabinet are included in the sale. In addition, all floor coverings and the interior and front door were renewed in 2023.
The spacious living/dining room has a window front with sliding door and an electric awning to protect the living room from the sun if required. The kitchen offers plenty of storage space, adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry which was designed to match the kitchen.
Outside there is a garden shed, which has been repainted red with white windows. A few boards need to be replaced for maintenance.
The garden hut is supplied with electricity and accordingly also equipped with a lamp/socket.
There is also a carport on the property and a garage with an electric door behind it. This works with a button, but there is also a key system which does not work at the moment and would have to be checked again by an electrician.
In the garden behind the house, part of the large terrace is covered, there is also a workshop and behind it covered storage facilities for garden tools and a compost heap.
