Hello dear apartment seekers!

We have a room available in Milbertshofen.

Your beautiful room is part of a 90 square meter shared flat. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower, an eat-in kitchen and a hallway.
The room has two large windows with window sills, a laminate floor and a balcony. The room is very bright due to the large windows.

The apartment is freshly renovated - first occupancy after renovation. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and everything else you need for living. The washer-dryer is also available and can of course be shared.

Your room is furnished with a double bed (Ikea Hemnes, extendable, lying surface 160x200cm), a closet and a desk with an office chair.

We do not have a cleaning plan. However, we have a cleaning lady who cleans the apartment regularly. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning materials are included in the rent.

The rent includes all costs for cleaning and cleaning materials, internet and electricity. There are therefore no additional costs for you.

Location: very quiet, in a green area in Milbertshofen.

Shopping facilities 2 minutes walk away (Edeka, LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, Alnatura, bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy), three minutes walk to the bus stop / subway (U2-Frankfurter Ring), and from there about 7 minutes to the city center or 5 minutes to the main train station. Parking spaces are right outside the front door, bicycle storage is also available.

U2 - Frankfurter Ring is approx. 3 minutes away on foot.
