The bathroom is currently being completely renovated. The kitchen floor is also being renewed and the parquet floors are being sanded and re-set. The apartment is connected to the geothermal system of Unterhaching. All radiators are currently being replaced and modernized.

The apartment has a large built-in wardrobe. It is rented without a kitchen. We are therefore interested in long-term tenants. We would like to ask smokers to smoke on the balcony and not in the apartment. Pets are possible on request.

The apartment is ideal for singles or couples. Also especially for older people (S-Bahn, elevator). It is conveniently located only 400 meters from the S-Bahn station.
