21371 Tosterglope (Ventschau) – NiedersachsenWe are selling our beautiful detached house on a 1400 square meter garden plot.
The house has 6 rooms. On the first floor there is a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and a large living room with adjoining fireplace room. In the attic we have 3 more rooms, a guest toilet and a storage room.
Our south-facing terrace is partially covered. The balcony is designed as a conservatory with a large sliding door.
There is a separate garage building with a utility room. There are also 4 wooden sheds for wood storage, garden tools, garden machinery and bicycles.
Our house was built in 1975 using the following construction method:
Masonry: Ytong with facing brickwork
Roof: concrete tiles. The roof is insulated with insulation between the rafters (polystyrene)

Fireplace cassette (2012)
Internal coating of the rain gutters (2024)
Our gas consumption is approx. 17,000 kWh per year, for which we pay approx. 2200 €.
We have an energy consumption certificate, which can be viewed at the viewing.
It states: Final energy requirement: 155.41 kWh(m²*a), primary energy requirement 172.83 kWh(m²*a)
