The property is located in Hofheim (not a district) on the Steinberg. Alongside Kapellenberg, Steinberg is the most popular residential area in Hofheim.
The property is located on the edge of a field. It borders on the orchards and the Hofheim city forest and therefore has a very high recreational value. A beautiful playground, a daycare center and an elementary school are just around the corner (see site plan). All stores for daily needs and also the grammar school, the old town, doctors... are very easy to reach. A bus stop is also just around the corner.
The location is perfect for families and couples with or without a dog; our own children grew up here and went to kindergarten and elementary school. The inner courtyard of the terraced housing estate is also a lovely place for the children to play.
