Reference projects from the past 6 years can be submitted with the application.

The Selters Town Council discusses and decides on the applications submitted. The interested parties are informed in writing about the allocation of the plots.

In addition to private individuals, real estate developers, investors and/or builders can also apply to purchase the terraced house blocks.
