We have renovated the apartment with a lot of love & perfectly equipped and are very happy to have warm tenants.
To make it easier to move in, there is not yet a partition/door to the lower first floor apartment in the house. However, this will be installed asap. However, the downstairs tenant has her own front door so that her 2 small dogs cannot run upstairs.
A direct parking space in front of the front door will be built next summer. In addition, the wooden veranda to the front entrance will also be renovated.
At the moment we ask for your understanding, as the construction site outside has not yet been completed.
Location
Landsberied is a growing village in the district of Fürstenfeldbruck and has excellent public
and has excellent public transport connections thanks to the S-Bahn stop in nearby Schöngeising. You can easily reach the S-Bahn in just 8 minutes by bike!
The bus connection to the S-Bahn and to Fürstenfeldbruck is also ideal.
The B2 federal highway and the B 471 federal highway can be reached by car in no time at all. This will take you to the A 99 freeway ring road and the A 8 and A 96 freeways in just a few minutes.

You can reach the large district town of Fürstenfeldbruck in just 5 minutes by car, or by bike in approx.

Fürstenfeldbruck has 2 grammar schools, a middle school, a secondary school, a vocational school
and the FOS. Your children can easily reach all schools by bus.
The Landsberied children's center (with crèche and kindergarten) is in the immediate vicinity (2 minutes) of
your new home and within walking distance!
The elementary school is located in neighboring Jesenwang and is served by school bus. Lunchtime childcare is available here until 4 pm.
There is also plenty on offer for leisure activities. You can reach the Amper river and the
surrounding 5-lake region in no time at all. The climbing island in the center of Fürstenfeldbruck
and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools provide variety.
In winter, the local ski lift offers great skiing fun for young and old, the
ice skating rink in Fürstenfeldbruck is also great fun.
Landsberied has a wonderful club life, the clubs are always happy to welcome new members
new members and welcome them with open arms. From the soccer club
to the gymnastics club and the theater group, there is plenty on offer here.
The village inn invites you to linger in its cozy restaurant and beautiful beer garden with playground and delights guests with excellent food.
