The lovingly furnished and light-flooded old building apartment is well laid out and fully furnished. The apartment has everything you need for a stylish stay for one or two people.
Smart TV, fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, iron and vacuum cleaner are of course available. We are happy to provide not only towels, but also bed linen.
The apartment has a comfortable living room with antique furniture, bay window with desk and a smart flat screen TV and a spacious kitchen with good equipment (several appliances and furnishings from WMF). In the bedroom you will find a large 140x200 cm bed with a high-quality mattress (Tempur) and plenty of storage space for your clothes. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and window. There is no view of neighbors on either side - the view is of green trees.
All operating and heating costs as well as costs for internet (100 MBit), electricity and water are included in the rent (with normal consumption).

The Sprengl Kiez offers numerous lively cafés, restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Stores, cultural sites and pharmacies are within easy walking distance.
Despite its quiet location, the apartment is very well connected to public transport. Both the U6 and the Tram 13 can be reached in a few minutes by foot. You can cycle idyllically along the river to Berlin Central Station in about 10 minutes. Parks in the immediate vicinity offer further recreational space.
