The apartment has a comfortable living room with antique furniture, bay window with desk and a smart flat screen TV and a spacious kitchen with good equipment (several appliances and furnishings from WMF). In the bedroom you will find a large 140x200 cm bed with a high-quality mattress (Tempur) and plenty of storage space for your clothes. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and window. There is no view of neighbors on either side - the view is of green trees.
All operating and heating costs as well as costs for internet (100 MBit), electricity and water are included in the rent (with normal consumption).

You can cycle idyllically along the river to Berlin Central Station in about 10 minutes. Parks in the immediate vicinity offer further recreational space.
