31608 Marklohe – NiedersachsenWe are offering our spacious corner bungalow with a large, natural garden, which is largely hidden from view, for sale in Marklohe (near Nienburg).
It is a Nordmann prefabricated house in bungalow style from 1972 with approx. seven, optimally designed rooms and a full basement. Over the last 25 years, we have regularly renovated the property (bathrooms, kitchen, heating, all floors, windows, shutters, outdoor facilities, etc.).
On the approx. 1750 m2 plot there is a hut for storing wood, a large tool shed and a double garage with electric doors. At least two more cars can be parked on the driveway.
The garden offers numerous seating areas, a large lawn and a pond with a bridge to the terrace, which measures approx. 50m2. Part of the terrace is covered. Part of the border and terrace are made of Oberkirchen sandstone.

Most of them are fitted with shutters, all larger ones are electrically operated. The floors in all living rooms are laid with parquet (in the living room with high-quality oak floorboards), the kitchen, bathrooms (upper floor: full bathroom with shower and bathtub - first floor: bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet and double washbasin and separate guest WC) and entrance area are tiled. All rooms are bright and friendly and practical to furnish thanks to the good layout.
The basement is ideal for a hobby, office or similar and is partly covered with laminate flooring. There is also a sauna with relaxation room and shower, as well as a further WC. There is an additional exit on the north side.
There is an open fireplace in the entrance area (with grandfathering) and a Morsø wood-burning stove from 2007 in the living room.
The high-quality gas heating from 2008 by Solvis has solar support (east-west orientation) and reduces gas consumption to almost zero in the summer months and beyond.
Thanks to its excellent location (at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic/community with quasi urban infrastructure), the spacious living area design and the very good furnishings, the house meets even the highest demands.
