Kirschanger 7, 14548 Schwielowsee (Caputh) – BrandenburgAccording to the plans of GRAFT Architects, a total of 27 townhouses are being built in the Caputh flower district, divided into neighborhoods of three semi-detached houses and groups of six, seven and eight townhouses.
The houses at Am Kirschanger 7 - 19 are the first of four construction phases, comprising five classic mid-rise houses and two slightly larger end houses.

The staggered arrangement of the houses has a decisive advantage: plenty of privacy on the staggered terraces and therefore a spacious living feeling all round.
