The most beautiful spot of nature in absolute tranquillity is our home port, which is now destined for younger hands.
A unique location, with a view over meadows and fields, this is how we live.
The bungalow is also located in a quiet side street with no traffic to speak of in a 30 km/h zone.
Deer and rabbits come right up to our terrace. Where else can you see this?
Keeping horses (or donkeys/alpacas/goats/sheep etc.) would also be an option, please see section below!
Our bungalow was almost completely renovated from 2018 to 2025 and even partially gutted. A part was also only modernized. New rooms with new walls and ceilings were created. Several windows were replaced at the same time. All interior and exterior window sills were also replaced. All electrical wiring and connections, switches and sockets in the house were renewed and brought up to a higher level of safety. All other wiring was checked and also brought up to an improved standard. All water and waste water pipes were also re-laid with our new screed. New room doors and frames, a new Hörmann aluminum front door and an insulated, electric garage door were installed. The property was also fitted with a video surveillance system. The roof and the shelters were also renewed.
The complete catalog of all changes includes around 50 items of renovations, which we cannot go into further here for reasons of space.

The paddock is 18,108 square meters in size and has just been reseeded. In addition, a new wall around 180 meters long was built. The paddock is in 1A condition! It could continue to be used for an annual lease fee.
Incidentally, you can watch your horses in the stable or paddock from your breakfast table.

Location
The location is really fantastic!
As the last house in a small community of 370 people (in the HVV area), we enjoy wonderful views of the surrounding countryside (fields and meadows).
We live absolutely traffic-calmed, as the last house in the village, in a 3-sided end location, in a very small 30 km/h side street without significant through traffic.
Nevertheless, the A7 (exit Neumünster Süd/ Großenaspe approx. 6 km) is only a few minutes away by car.
In the neighboring village (3 km) there is the train station of the HVV connection Bahnhof Brokstedt. You can reach Hamburg and Kiel with the HVV card.
The nearest larger town is Bad Bramstedt (approx. 10 km), or Neumünster (approx. 13 km). The city center of Kiel can be reached in 30 minutes (approx. 40 km), Hamburg (approx. 50 km) in 45 minutes.
Believe us, it couldn't be more central.
