Original old building/timbered house in the heart of Kronach

We are not far from the famous Rosenberg Castle. It towers just under 200 meters above this charming old building from the founding years of Kronach's town wall in the Middle Ages.
Adjacent to it is the town hall and the market square.
There are three levels and the pointed floor.
The vaulted cellar houses the transfer station for the district/local heating of the town hall's combined heat and power plant.
The first floor is almost at ground level and is also suitable for wheelchair users. The living/dining room, kitchen and storage room are also located here.
The first ascent from the shared apartment to the first floor is provided by a beautiful wooden turning staircase including a stair lift, if required.
The guest WC and the quite spacious shower room are also located here, along with three rooms, the largest of which, facing the market square, is subdivided again and would make a fabulous master bedroom with dressing room. A somewhat steeper staircase leads one floor higher. Here there is also a former servants' room with washing facilities, as well as two further rooms.

The house is in a prominent location, next to the town hall, in front of Rosenberg Castle and various localities such as restaurants and hotels.
Doctors and stores for daily needs are within walking distance. The train station with regional express connection is also nearby.
Bamberg can be reached from the front door in approx. 1 hour.
Opposite, but inconspicuous, is the municipal parking lot, which almost guarantees residents a parking space, which would also be free of charge for 1-2 cars.
Various festivities start from here several times a year, such as the city spectacle and Kronach leuchtet, as well as the parades for the Freischießen etc.. This means that you are usually always in the front row and can follow this up close.
