During the renovation, care was taken to use only the highest quality materials - be it for the floor coverings, the sanitary ware or the kitchen.
Only appliances from the Siemens Studio Line series were installed in the black fitted kitchen (dishwasher, large induction hob including hob fan, steam oven and built-in coffee machine and warming drawer. All these appliances are Wi-Fi enabled and can be controlled via the Home Connect app.

Except for the sanitary rooms, high-quality vinyl flooring has been laid everywhere - in an attractive wood look. The tiles on the east / south-east facing balcony also have a wood look.
The steps of the spiral staircase to the upper floor were designed in a slate look.
The black of the kitchen with its granite worktop continues here. The same stone was also used for all the window sills in the apartment.
Only high-quality Italian designer furniture and black fittings were used in the bathrooms. Both bathrooms were fitted with a rain shower - the very spacious shower in the lower bathroom is even 40x40 - so that nothing stands in the way of showering pleasure. However, the highlight of the bathroom is the large whirlpool bathtub - with lighting, Bluetooth sound system and air and water massage jets - perfect for relaxing evenings for two.
All room doors have been replaced with high-quality white ones with equally high-quality black lever handle sets with square flat rosettes and Smart 2 Lock.
Only sockets and light switches from the Jung LS series were installed.
Due to emigration, this great apartment is now unfortunately being sold - it can also be taken over furnished / partially furnished. There is mostly high-quality and almost new furniture as well as a waterbed from Kallisto and a 75-inch Samsung QLed TV with surround system, etc.
