The supply lines were laid underground in the pontoons. A pipe trace heating system protects the water pipes from freezing in winter.

A fully equipped white kitchen with NEFF built-in appliances, a designer extractor hood, a "Silence" dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer compartment ensure a pleasant and beautiful cooking atmosphere.
The floor is fitted with dark parquet throughout the living area.
Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a direct view of the water and have electric external blinds.
The 25 m² bangkirai terrace is equipped with electrically adjustable awnings, allowing for cozy evenings outside even in the drizzle.

There are parking spaces directly at the berth.
The houseboat is equipped with infrared heating. The heating elements were installed inconspicuously in the ceiling and can be controlled via an app using Wi-Fi. In addition, a 9 KW wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth in sub-zero temperatures.

A holding tank (250 liters) and an approx. 1000 liter fresh water tank with its own domestic system are on board.

An internet connection can be provided by an LTE box/gigacube.

The secure location in the Rendsburg marina is unique: within a short time you can reach the train station, the city center with pedestrian zone and old town as well as an indoor swimming pool with sauna and an outdoor pool. Shopping facilities and parks are also in the immediate vicinity.
You can explore the Upper Eider directly from the houseboat, e.g. with a SUP, kayak or canoe, sunbathe on the sheltered deck or on the terrace or visit the "Nord Art" art exhibition.
The surrounding landscape has a high recreational value and various other possibilities to make your leisure time meaningful and fulfilling.
