On 01.05.2025, a lovingly refurbished apartment in an old building with an advantageous layout will be let. Second occupancy after extensive core renovation (completion May 2024).
The refurbished wooden floorboards, high ceilings and original wooden doors contribute to the cozy old building charm of the apartment. A spiral staircase leads to the newly developed top floor with roof terrace.
It also offers all the benefits of a complete refurbishment: 2 shower rooms, insulating windows with electric shutters and a high-quality fitted kitchen. In order to minimize energy costs, a hybrid, energy-efficient heating system (including radiators) was installed and additional insulation measures implemented.
The building community consists of 6 parties, which are rented through us. The backyard and laundry room are available to all residents (their own washing machine and dryer can be connected one above the other).
In old buildings, it is typically possible to walk around the apartment in a circle. We were able to retain this character on the lower floor. Two spacious rooms and a shower room with natural light have been created in the upper area of the maisonette. This opens up a wide range of room layout options (see floor plans).

Both Darmstadt University and the Mathildenhöhe World Heritage Site are just 800 meters away.
The Herrengarten and Bürgerpark are a 5 to 10-minute walk away for recreation or sporting activities in the countryside.
