We are looking for an operator for the long-term lease of an existing building with 98 residential units that offers great potential for a modern nursing and care concept.

The approx. 5,000 m² property is located in the suburbs of Leipzig, a region with a growing need for senior-friendly living space. The gross floor area (GFA) of 5,700 m² allows the premises to be used flexibly and in line with demand.

Plans include the use of 80 one-bedroom apartments with their own bathroom and kitchenette, ideal for assisted living. In addition, 8 two-room apartments, 3 three-room apartments, 1 five-room apartment and 1 six-room apartment are planned, allowing for different living and care concepts. An 8-room shared apartment is also planned, which is ideal for communal living or specialized care groups. Furthermore, 41 car parking spaces and bicycle parking facilities are planned to ensure an optimal infrastructure.
