I am selling a very nice apartment of 2 + 1 and size 52 m2 (with a usable area of 49 m2 without wall area), located in a quiet part of Hloubětín.
The apartment is completely renovated. The remodeling, which took place in the summer of 2018, mainly involved bricking up the apartment core (now made of Ytong), stretching new electrical wiring, laying floating floors (except for the bathroom and toilet, which have newly laid tiles), installing suspended ceilings with built-in lighting and replacing radiators.
The front (security) door to the apartment opens into the hallway. Immediately to the left is the toilet, next to which is a separate bathroom with corner shower. Behind the toilet and bathroom is the kitchen. Opposite the front door to the apartment is the entrance to the utility room, with the bedroom to the left of this, which can also be entered from the kitchen, and the living room to the right of the utility room.
The kitchen and bedroom are north facing and the living room is south facing. The apartment also has a cellar of approximately 1.5 m2. The sizes of all rooms (excluding the wall area) are as follows:

toilet: 1.00 m x 0.80 m (0.80 m2).
In the hallway there are built-in wardrobes together with a shoe rack and a coat rack. Built-in furniture is also in the bedroom. The apartment is for sale with all the furnishings visible in the photos.
The apartment is located in a house that was renovated in 2015. With regard to the implemented insulation, the total monthly expenses for the operation of the apartment is about 5 200 CZK (electricity + all payments to the community of unit owners).
The apartment is available for possible move-in from 1 July 2025.
I ask only serious interested parties to contact me. I would probably visit the apartment on a weekend, with regard to tenants who have rented the apartment until 30 June 2025.
