Daycare centers, elementary school and high school are also within walking distance. The small new housing estate in which the house is located is mainly home to families with children. The development area is nestled between the old villas for which the Schlachtensee district is known, a modern shopping center, the S-Bahn station and the Schlachtensee. Travel time to the Ku-Damm: approx. 25 min. To the city center of Potsdam: approx. 15 min. However, you can get all the daily necessities on foot directly on site, so you don't necessarily need a car.
