The owners (a Bavarian couple, 54 and 60 years old) lived in the apartment until they moved to the first floor. The apartment has a great view of Inzell and a large balcony.

Inzell is a picturesque community in the Upper Bavarian district of Traunstein with around 4,334 inhabitants.) Nestled in the idyllic landscape of the Chiemgau Alps, Inzell offers a high quality of life and a wide range of leisure activities.
Inzell is conveniently located between Munich and Salzburg. Hiking and cycling trails criss-cross the impressive mountain landscape, while in winter cross-country ski trails and ski areas nearby offer a wide range of opportunities for winter sports. The natural swimming lake in the town center provides cooling and recreational fun in summer.
The baroque-style parish church of St. Michael and the historic Antonius Chapel bear witness to the village's long history. In addition, the Max Aicher Arena, a modern speed skating rink, offers sporting events and leisure activities all year round.
