The old technology (heating, electricity, windows etc.) has been completely removed.
Important for you: We didn't just "make it up", for example by installing new light switches and sockets. "Core renovation" means that the non-visible parts of this home, such as all electrical wiring, plumbing and heating pipes, were also reinstalled behind plaster.
After all, what good is it if you live in a "refurbished" house in which the decades-old pipes are still installed behind plaster - invisibly for the time being - and a burst water pipe or cable fire threatens after a few years?
