The old technology (heating, electricity, windows etc.) has been completely removed.

Important for you: We didn't just "make it up", for example by installing new light switches and sockets. "Core renovation" means that the non-visible parts of this home, such as all electrical wiring, plumbing and heating pipes, were also reinstalled behind plaster.

We have created an opening between the kitchen and dining room, so that you will now find a large, light-flooded cooking, dining and living area on the ground floor.

On the ground floor you will find a WC, which you could equip with a shower or bathtub if you wish, so that you would have a total of 2 bathrooms in the house.

The house has a total of around 130 square meters of living space. The attic can easily be converted if desired. There could be space for 1 or 2 more rooms here.
