The apartment is on the 1st floor of a 9-family house directly on the Main, a 5-minute walk from the old town and market square. From the balcony in the green you have a wonderful view of the Main and the old town. You have a bathroom with bathtub, an approx. 18m² living/dining area with south-facing balcony and a separate kitchen (without fitted kitchen). The bedroom is large enough to accommodate a 3m wardrobe. The apartment is tiled and has underfloor heating.
There is also a cellar room and a general laundry and drying room. A parking space in the underground garage as a duplex parking space and an outdoor parking space are included in the rent.

Seligenstadt, with its districts of Froschhausen and Klein-Welzheim and a total population of 22,000, is located approx. 20 km south-east of Frankfurt, directly on the left bank of the River Main on the border with Bavaria in the vibrant Rhine-Main region.
