The two-room apartment has a size of almost 50 m² and is located on the first floor of the house.
The windows with external blinds face north (bathroom), east (street, kitchen and living room) and south (bedroom).
The apartment has a modern living standard. The house has been very well renovated in 2021.
There are no doorsteps, only one step at the front door and one in the hallway.
The bathroom has a new walk-in shower at ground level and a window. The hot water heating is operated alternately with gas (fuel cell) or electricity (photovoltaic), and the hot water is also generated. The service charge price includes the advance payments for water, electricity and heating, which are adjusted annually.
There is a used fitted kitchen in the kitchen, which can be taken over. Laundry can be dried either in the cellar or in the courtyard.
