2-room apartment in Torgau, Thom.-Müntzer-Str. 59, near Kaufland

We are looking for a new flatmate by July 2025 at the latest for a two-room apartment in our five-family house, which was newly built in 1999. Prospective seniors with an interest in culture, traveling, cooking and gardening would certainly like it with us (non-smoking house) Motto: "We want to grow old together ... !""

The two-room apartment has a size of almost 50 m² and is located on the first floor of the house.
The windows with external blinds face north (bathroom), east (street, kitchen and living room) and south (bedroom).
The apartment has a modern living standard. The house has been very well renovated in 2021.
There are no doorsteps, only one step at the front door and one in the hallway.
The bathroom has a new walk-in shower at ground level and a window. The hot water heating is operated alternately with gas (fuel cell) or electricity (photovoltaic), and the hot water is also generated. The service charge price includes the advance payments for water, electricity and heating, which are adjusted annually.
There is a used fitted kitchen in the kitchen, which can be taken over. Laundry can be dried either in the cellar or in the courtyard.
There is a parking space on the property belonging to the apartment. A bicycle can be stored in the bicycle shed. There is a communal seating area behind the house.

The property is located near the "Großer Teich" in the south of Torgau in a garden area.
The city bus stop is only 300 meters away, which offers a convenient connection to public transport, as well as the Kaufland market, where you can do all the necessary shopping. There are also various restaurants within 1,000 meters, so you can enjoy a culinary change at any time.
Torgau is a lovingly restored, over 1050 year old district town with approx. 20000 inhabitants, approx. 50 km from Leipzig and approx. 100 km from Dresden and approx. 150 km from Berlin. Torgau is the district town of the administrative district of North Saxony with the towns of Oschatz and Delitzsch.
