The 45m² apartment has been extensively and lavishly modernized. It impresses with its stylish interior, a very well-kept & well-organized residential complex with a helpful janitor and leaves nothing to be desired with its almost idyllic location with excellent transport connections, its own parking space and feel-good terrace.

The rooms are equipped ready to move in, which means: unpack your suitcase and get started! There is a washing machine and tumble dryer for communal use in the building complex, but a washing machine can also be installed in the apartment on request.

With a 140 cm wide foldaway bed, a sofa bed that pulls out into a double bed with storage space, a large mirrored wardrobe, desk, dining area and kitchen with dishwasher, hob and oven, it offers everything you need for a comfortable work-life balance and, if necessary, to accommodate overnight guests.

A large, glazed shower cubicle, thermal curtains for a pleasant room climate, an awning for privacy and sun protection, attractive yet robust lounge furniture on the terrace, individual decorative accents, a spacious cellar and lockable bicycle storage room are further attractive amenities.

Access to the Ober-Olmer forest is just a few minutes away if you want to enjoy pure nature.

And we've saved the best for last:

The all-inclusive rent is all inclusive: rent, utilities and electricity costs, parking, Wi-Fi, broadcasting fees, towels & bed linen, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, projector, (cooking) crockery & cutlery... it's all there! Only a cleaning fee of 150,- € has to be paid at the end of the tenancy. The deposit is one month's rent and can be paid either in cash or as a guarantee. The minimum rental period is 2 months, but can be extended on request and by arrangement.

Smoking, pets, commercial services and drilling holes are not allowed! Everything else can be discussed...
