Each apartment is steplessly accessible via an elevator. The apartments are barrier-free within the meaning of Section 35 (1) LBO BaWü.
The exterior façade was clad with a thermal insulation composite system in accordance with KfW 55.
The living spaces are heated via the local district heating network of Stadtwerke Horb. Heating and domestic hot water is provided by a heat exchanger connected to the district heating network. Underfloor heating is installed in all rooms within the apartments. There are additional electric towel warmers in the bathrooms. All windows and French doors are made of plastic (white on the inside and gray/anthracite on the outside). Quality plastic windows with triple thermal insulation glazing and top-mounted roller shutters have been installed. Each apartment has a storage room in the basement.

The residential building is located on a hill in the Hohenberg district of Horber. Horber schools are not far from the residential complex. The Hohenberg district borders directly on the
center of Horb. Shopping facilities such as "Marktkauf", "Globus-Baumarkt" and banks such as "KSK" and "Voba" are within walking distance. You can reach the Horber train station, the center of Horb as well as Kaufland, DM and Müller etc. via a paved and illuminated walkway.
The freeway connection to the BAB 81 (Horb exit) is only a few kilometers away. The Horber
station is a rail junction. There are very good train connections to Stuttgart (55 min.), Tübingen (30 min.), Freudenstadt (40 min.) and Nagold (30 min.). The industrial area of Horb is only a few kilometers away. The town of Horb has a population of approx. 24,000.
