Historic listed farmstead in Wiesbaden-Nordenstadt

Hello everyone, we are selling our farmhouse in Wiesbaden-Nordenstadt.

- centrally located in the old town center
- centrally located in the Rhine-Main area: in max. 20 min. you can reach Frankfurt airport, Frankfurt, the city center of Wiesbaden and Mainz
- the property has 376sqm and is currently developed with a main house (single cultural monument, not inhabited for 40 years and currently not habitable, almost shell construction, first safety measures already taken), outbuildings / stables and a barn (both protected as part of an overall complex, barn is in good condition as it was rebuilt in the 1930s).

We bought the property with the intention of restoring the ensemble to a good condition over a longer period of time in the coming years. However, the Monuments Office would like to see further safety measures carried out on the main house in the short term.

The fact that the property has potential becomes clear during the viewing at the latest. However, interested parties should also be aware that the property requires a lot of love and investment. We therefore recommend prior experience with similar projects or prior consultation with the house bank / sufficient available equity.
