Information on equipment
The apartments upstairs/downstairs are heated with central heating liquid gas via radiators. In addition, a wood-burning stove is installed in each apartment, which provides additional, pleasant central heat. Solar panels are also installed on the roof to provide hot water, which helps to reduce the heating costs for hot water preparation.
The apartments upstairs/downstairs each have an east-facing balcony. The WHG South also has a terrace and green area to the south. WHG North has an outdoor terrace facing south behind the garages directly on the river. Further details can be found in the attached plans.

The Markusmühle is located on the L 294 in the Eifgen valley. It is approx. 5 km to the BAB access road in Burscheid.
In Burscheid - Hilgen (approx. 2.5 km away) there are various supermarkets and a shopping center.
