Traffic
Karsdorf is connected to the federal highway network via the B 250 and B 180. Federal highway 250 runs west of the municipal area, leading from Eckartsberga to Querfurt.
Federal highway 180 runs east of Karsdorf from Naumburg to Aschersleben. Karsdorf is a stop on the railroad line to Vitzenburg, Nebra (Unstrut), Roßleben, Artern, Laucha, Freyburg, Naumburg (Saale) and thus to the A 38 and A9 highways. Leipzig/Halle airport can be easily reached in approx. 1 hour
Karsdorf is located on the Unstrutbahn, to which the cement works is also connected. Karsdorf station and the Karsdorf Zementwerk stop are served hourly by the RB 77 between Naumburg and Wangen/Unstrut by Abellio Rail Mitteldeutschland.
