The entire apartment was renovated in 2017 and has been occupied by the owner since then. The bathroom has been partially renovated (sink and shelf have been replaced). The tiles have not been replaced. They are still in excellent condition.

Location

The residential complex is located on the Laim/Schwanthalerhöhe border. The location is therefore particularly interesting, as all public transport is only a few minutes' walk away:
Subway U5/U4, Westendstraße stop, 5min walk
Bus stops (62, 130, 157), 1min - 5min on foot
Streetcar (18, 19, 29, N19), 4min walk
S-Bahn (all, as this is the main line), 8min walk.
The neighborhood is very green, well maintained, clean and not very noisy. Directly opposite the house is a large supermarket, (HIT) as well as a drugstore, (Rosmann) a pharmacy, a laundry, 2 family doctors, 2 dentists and a few restaurants (all approx: 3-5min walk). An EDEKA market is 5min walking distance and a LIDL about 10min.
The Munich Westpark and the Hirschgarten are also within walking distance.
Parking is free around the building.
The Mittlerer Ring can be reached quickly and so you have a short distance by car to get in all directions and or to leave the city in the direction of Munich's surrounding countryside, lakes/mountains, etc.
