Information on equipment
The floor is completely covered with old and new oiled wooden floorboards. The apartment is heated in the individual rooms by wall heaters, the controls for which are located in the respective rooms. There is also a towel radiator in the bathroom.
In the kitchen, white base units (IKEA brand) are installed as a kitchen unit, a stove with ceramic hob is available. There is a 60 cm niche in the kitchenette where a dishwasher can be placed, which is not provided by the landlord. A small hallway connects the bathroom, kitchen and living area. There is a storage room next to the bathroom.
There are no storage facilities outside the apartment. There is a cellar, but only completely airtight items can be stored there.
The courtyard area is accessible to all tenants and there is a covered bicycle shed.
