Fully equipped office space in the middle of the Bavarian Quarter, not far from Prager Platz, on the ground floor of an old building, without steps, renovated, with 3 independent entrances: from the street, from the staircase and from the courtyard and therefore easily divisible. This space is divided into 3 large rooms, one with a balcony, kitchen/meeting room, hallway and 2 WCs. There are currently 10 large workstations with a 180cm table, the number of workstations can be increased to an estimated 20: IT cabling, full equipment consisting of desks, containers, ergonomic office chairs, cupboards, shelves, screens, computers. The computers are networked with their own server and connected to high-speed Internet - you can get started right away. The old building rooms with high ceilings let in plenty of air and light and create a good climate for productive work. We are prepared to provide additional inventory and to carry out or approve structural changes by arrangement, as well as to rent the premises without office equipment for other purposes. Contract term would be variable, from 2 years. Incidental costs are included in the price 5750.
