17449 Peenemünde – Mecklenburg-VorpommernOur house in a very beautiful and quiet location in Peenemünde is for sale, as we would like to move back to our home and close to our children for reasons of age and health.
It is sheltered and away from the busy paths behind the historic oxygen plant and borders on the nature reserve with dyke between the Peene and Cämmerer See.
The garden is sheltered from view and offers absolute privacy. The long driveway (part of the property) also ensures that you simply have your peace and quiet.
A real highlight and unique selling point is the conservatory adjoining the living room with fully electric sliding glass doors, which can also be controlled by voice. The blackout blinds with slatted curtains can also be controlled via this control system.
The house is heated by a cost-effective and completely CO2-neutral infrared underfloor heating system and a 10KW fireplace also ensures a cozy atmosphere in autumn and winter.
