The spacious apartment has a bright living/dining area, a west-facing roof terrace, a bright kitchen and a separate WC. The interior bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower.
The tenant is moving away for professional reasons and would leave the following items to the buyer if required or desired: the large wardrobes (wardrobe in the hallway and in the bedroom), as well as a wooden bed frame, wall unit in the living room, lamps, a fridge-freezer (as good as new), washing machine and dryer (4 years old).
