The detached house, built in 2012, offers on the first floor a large kitchen, a small individual guest toilet, a utility room with its own outside door as direct access to the parking spaces and carport, a (guest) room and a beautiful living room with a beautiful terrace in front of it with a wonderful 28 sqm terrace roof.
On the upper floor there are 4 beautiful bedrooms, as well as a large family bathroom and access to the 2/3 converted attic. One of the rooms on the upper floor extends over a second level in the attic. This provides a very special feel-good atmosphere for teenagers.

Location
Grove is an idyllic community in the south of Schleswig-Holstein with excellent public transport connections.
The municipality is not far from the A24 highway, which connects Hamburg with Berlin, and is therefore also easily accessible by car.
