The apartment is located in an old building in a conservation area. It has 3 rooms, of which the rooms facing the street are connected by double doors. The third room faces the quiet inner courtyard with a view of green inner courtyards.
The rooms on the street side have a view as far as the Havel.

The residential area is very well connected to the public transportation network: several bus lines, S-Bahn, U-Bahn, regional train, long-distance train, ICE.
Doctors' surgeries, pharmacies and all everyday necessities are within walking distance in the stores and the Spandau Arcaden shopping center.
Spandau's old town is within easy walking distance; the footpath along the Havel invites you to take a stroll, as does the green corridor at Bullengraben. There are several DIY stores and supermarkets in the surrounding area. There are several underground parking garages in the vicinity of the building; we recommend asking for a parking space. You can apply for a vignette at the town hall, which you will need if you want to park your car in the surrounding area.
