Two apartments in the historic estate - with many possibilities

Two apartments are currently for sale in our lovingly renovated half-timbered house from the 16th century:

* Apartment 1 with approx. 63 m² - compact, bright, ideal e.g. as a single or couple's apartment

* Apartment 2 with approx. 160 m² - spacious, open, with impressive half-timbered charm

Both units have been renovated with ecological materials and great attention to detail: Clay plaster, modern heating technology, exposed historical building elements.

The estate includes a communal garden (approx. 2000 m²) with old trees, meadows and vegetable garden, a convertible attic, cellar and barns offer plenty of space for storage, work or creativity. The communal laundry room offers plenty of space for washing and drying.

Can be flexibly combined - with the option to divide

The two apartments can either be purchased separately or combined with each other - e.g. as a living and working area, multi-generational solution or living with a studio. There is already a partition option for the large one, which provides for two separate apartments of approx. 60 m² and 98.5 m² (see suggested floor plan). Further variants are conceivable.

Welcome to the countryside! The Alte Hofgut Lenderscheid is located in the countryside in a village of 400 inhabitants in northern Hesse. Lush meadows, rolling hills, wide views. The village has a kindergarten and guest house; elementary school, doctors and supermarkets are only a few kilometers away in the main town of Frielendorf.

In Lenderscheid you will find a village community with many children, agriculture characterized by arable farming and plenty of space to implement your own projects. People know each other here and meet up at festivals or outside the village for cultural events, such as the "Landrosinen" network. You can reach Kassel or Marburg in three quarters of an hour if you need a city - the ICE train also stops in Wabern on the way to Hamburg or Frankfurt.
