Ideal for people with dogs who love water! It is close to the water ski park Süsel or to the lakes! We always have fresh vegetables and fruit next door which is sold fresh from the field! So and always fresh eggs! We have already renovated a lot! We have created a second bedroom with terrace access (not visible). The kitchen has been completely gutted and given a new look. The living room goes over the corner and is generously cut, it has a stove that heats the whole house. Upstairs on the 1st floor lives our son with his own bathroom. There is also a shower room downstairs, where the washing machine is located. There are two guest toilets. You come directly in the house to my studio about 80 square meters. You could also park 4 cars inside! From the workshop/studio you enter a workroom (ideal for storing motorcycles or bicycles) and from there into the large garden with its own log cabin for visitors or rest! If you feel like it, you could extend the roof over the workshop. It is a standing roof. The gas heating is from 2018 and the windows are double glazed. Water is available here from Zarnekau and is therefore very cheap! Ideal to realize yourself! Possibly renting would also be ok. Unfortunately we have to sell, as I have had a store in Dahme on the promenade since last year and I can no longer drive so far every day! We have already found something new there. So it is with a heavy heart that we are giving this away. We have very nice neighbors here! Please no estate agents!!!!!
