Well-maintained multi-generation house in a quiet location

Unfortunately, my current owners want to sell me. I am very sad about this because you have always taken good care of me. On the other hand, I also understand that you are unfortunately getting a little older and will no longer be able to look after me as I deserve.

I am a well-kept, detached, multi-generational house with a spacious, unobstructed garden. There is a granny apartment on my first floor with a separate entrance and access to my large terrace. My main home has two further large floors with numerous rooms. Particularly noteworthy
three children's rooms and two kitchens. I have a large balcony facing north and south. I have a full basement, so there are plenty of storage rooms and even a modern bar room.

My beautiful garden has a large grass area, numerous beds, a greenhouse (6.5 x 3 m), many fruit trees & berry bushes, an aviary as well as a workshop for the realization of many hobbies. As I am located approx. 30 m from a smaller road, I am very quiet. I have 3 garages along the newly laid driveway.

I am located in a small town in the southern Saale-Orla district with just under 2,000 inhabitants. The town has a daycare center, a combined and ultra-modern primary and secondary school as well as many sports and leisure facilities (a gym
leisure facilities (a gym, two soccer pitches, two beach volleyball courts, an inline track, a local recreation area with a swimming pond and sandy beach). In addition, my small town is well equipped with two doctors' surgeries, a pharmacy, a supermarket and two bakeries. The A9 and A72 highways can be reached in approx. 10 minutes, the next larger towns of Plauen and Hof in approx. 25 minutes and the cities of Jena, Zwickau or Bayreuth in approx. 45 minutes.
