This makes it possible to enjoy the balmy evenings outside even during showers. The stone staircase to the cellar and the wooden staircase to the second floor have been renewed. The floors on the first floor and in the bedroom (upper floor) were redone last year. All walls have been repainted. We have put up a small shed for the garden tools and the large shed has also been renewed. We have built a raised bed in the garden, but it is a bit outdated. The. Garden is slightly sloping. In the last ten years we have planted some fruit trees and berry bushes. We don't have a lawn. At the moment there are lots of cowslips flowering in the meadow and later margrits.

The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. The center with its large graduation house is within walking distance. Shopping at tegut, Aldi, REWE and Lidl is also easy to do on foot or by bike. The train station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. In the center there are some recommendable restaurants and a brine thermal bath. In a few minutes you are at the Bruchsee ponds where you can relax.
