Two shared rooms - partly furnished in Gießen/Petersweiher

We are renting out (separately) two partially furnished, newly renovated shared rooms (room 1: 18m2, room 2: 14m2) in Gießen/Petersweiher. The rooms are part of a detached house with a large garden in a quiet location and are ideal as student rooms or shared flats.
The whole apartment is 66m², very quiet, 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom. Ready to move in immediately.
Basic rent room 1: 450 Euro
Rent for room 2: 400 Euro
The bathroom was redone 2 years ago. A fitted kitchen was installed last week.
As we have only moved into the house in April, we are unfortunately unable to provide any specific information on the additional costs.
The two main rooms have large windows and a bright view of the green garden - only the bathroom and kitchen have slightly smaller windows due to the location (basement).

Petersweiher is a settlement in the university town of Giessen. The independent village is legally not a district of its own, but belongs to the city center.
It takes 10-12 minutes by bike to the Phil 1/2 Campus (4 km); to the city center approx. 20 minutes.
An HLB stop is 50 m away (4 min drive to Gießen train station).
A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, another bus stop is a 10-minute walk away. The Philosophikum campus can be reached quickly by car or bicycle via the country road with a separate cycle path.
You can be on the A485 or A5 freeway in 7 minutes.
A "delicacy" is the Pohlheim swimming pool, which is only 400m away and is very suitable for hobby swimmers as well as athletes.
Everything you need for your daily needs (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, drinks shop, Rossmann/drugstore etc.) is within walking distance or just a few minutes' drive away.
