One of two rooms in a residential unit is rented out as co-living for a rental period of 6 - 12 months. The rent includes the apartment, electricity, heating, water, internet and other ancillary costs as a lump sum. It amounts to € 770.00 per month including all ancillary costs. The room can only be used by one person.

The apartment consists of two fully furnished rooms as well as a spacious kitchen, a bright daylight bathroom, a checkroom, a hallway, a practical storage room, dishwasher, washer-dryer and fast WLAN.

It is ideal for working adults looking for shared accommodation for a limited period of time. The room on offer here is ready for immediate occupancy and offers everything you need for a comfortable everyday life. The apartment is designed in such a way that many things can be done together, but do not have to be.

There are two fridges in the kitchen and enough storage space to cater for individual dietary requirements. A kitchen table invites you to get together and spend long evenings together. Each room also has a large table so that you can enjoy your meals in private or with guests undisturbed. All the tables in the apartment can be combined, making it easy to organize a workshop, a games session or a birthday party by arrangement.

The individually usable room faces east onto a very quiet and leafy inner area. It is zoned to create a living area as well as a dining and working area and a quiet sleeping area.

The room has a sleeping area with a 1.4 m wide queen-size bed, which can be quickly shielded from prying eyes at any time thanks to a privacy screen.
There is a living area with a comfortable armchair and a Smart TV for quiet hours in the evening or for cozy reading.

There is plenty of storage space both in the room itself and in the storage room to quickly and easily put away work or study documents, laptops and other technology, clothes, shoes, sports equipment and anything else you don't want to have lying around.

The apartment is in a quiet yet central location in Erlangen. The city center can be reached on foot or by bike in a short time, which offers you excellent connections to central shopping facilities, restaurants and leisure activities. The proximity to major employers such as Siemens, Schaeffler, Adidas and Puma is also a great advantage for professionals. Other well-known companies in the region, such as Erlangen Stadtwerke and Friedrich-Alexander University, are also within easy reach. There are excellent public transport links - the nearest bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away.
