The historic Platenhof dating from 1877 is located just 13 minutes from Düsseldorf city center on the border with Kaarst. The square farm is currently occupied by two parties. The rest of the farm with an area of approx. 1000 sqm and around 3000 sqm of land has not yet been converted and is now for sale.
There are many possibilities for use here. Up to five new residential units can be created. But you can also use the wonderful historic old barn as a studio, sculptor's workshop, private workshop, playhouse for the children, for the bicycle, motorcycle or vintage car collection, install a private fitness studio, or simply leave it as beautiful as it is.
