The house is heated by an air-to-air heat pump, which is also suitable for cooling (2022). The heating is supplemented by a new electric fireplace and modern infrared heaters in the bedroom / kitchen / living area.
All supply lines, water, electrics, floors and ceilings have been renewed.
The bungalow was given a new roof with insulation as part of the renovation. The facade was also renewed and is insulated.
Water and electricity are connected. A large, drainless pit is available for waste water (7 m³ / 2022).

Neukalen is located with its harbor on the Peene River in the immediate vicinity of Lake Kummerow.
In the nearby rural area there are various attractive offers which are of interest to guests and owner-occupiers of the vacation home.
The northern edge of Mecklenburg Switzerland is part of the "Mecklenburg Lake District" vacation region, characterized by the Peene and Lake Kummerow.
The town harbor with restaurants, boat hire, fishing jetty, natural bathing beach and large playground are approx. 2 km away.
The slipway is approx. 1 km away, from where you can reach Lake Kummerow within 1 km.
Neukalen has everything you need for daily life in the immediate vicinity.

The first-class bungalow was rented to vacation guests as part of the MIXED USE. In 2023 we had 99 occupancy days for guests. Together with the furnishings, it can be used immediately for HOLIDAY RENTAL.
However, it can also be purchased for sole owner-occupation (NO permanent right of residence).
The vacation home is being sold due to sudden health reasons.
