A quiet loggia with a view of the greenery extends across the entire front of the living room and bedroom and can be used for relaxing hours. The living room, bedroom and hallway were newly laid with wooden parquet flooring in 2010, which is in very good condition as it was extensively covered by carpets (more than can be seen in the pictures). The connections for the washing machine and dishwasher are in the kitchen, the fitted kitchen is included in the purchase price.
The kitchen has an entrance door from the hallway and could therefore be separated from the living room. The bathroom could be extended to include the storage room if required (no load-bearing wall between the two rooms).
