The one-bedroom apartment is located in an attractive residential complex close to the city center. The university, Langemarckplatz canteen, stores and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. Conveniently, there is also a café in the courtyard of the building.

- The apartment can only be occupied by one person and is only rented to students.
- The minimum rental period is two years.
- Subletting is not permitted.

The apartment is equipped with high-quality furniture, a small kitchen and its own shower/WC and is rented furnished. A washing machine and dryer are available in the communal laundry room, and there is space for bicycles. The apartment is rented without broker's commission.

Electricity and internet are not included in the additional costs, so there is a free choice of provider (costs approx. 55€ together).

The highlight of this apartment is a rooftop loggia (communal use), from which you can enjoy the western sky outdoors.
