The house, built in 1938, was extended to 6 parties in 1964 and considerably modernized in 1984 and especially in 2013 and 2014. The current apartment is located in the part of the house built in 1964 and was modernized in May 2014 with new radiators and a completely new bathroom. All windows are plastic windows with double glazing. The roof was completely renovated and thermally insulated in 2020. A skylight with electric shutters was installed to provide additional light during the day.

There are kindergartens, schools, doctors and shopping facilities as well as various restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Various bus lines depart approx. 2-3 minutes away. Nevertheless, the property is located in a quiet, purely residential area.
