The entire wooden elements of the exterior façade are currently being refurbished and repainted.
The only drawback of this great property are the wooden windows, which of course look very nice and also radiate a completely different feeling of well-being from the inside, but are in urgent need of an overhaul, as they have faded very much on the outside over time.
The house is ready for immediate occupation and can also be handed over at very short notice by arrangement.
